Five Star Cleaning Services and Supplies Inc. traces its history back 35 years to 1987, starting out providing janitorial services mostly to state offices—such as welfare, unemployment, transportation, environmental services, etc.

Since state contracts always had short durations, we thought it best to also provide services to business and schools. Schools and businesses would often contract for years. We knew if we provided exceptional services and exceptional people, we would build lasting relations and be in it for the long haul. 

That’s exactly what happened! We’ve had exceptional people and customers for quite literally “years and years.” Some customers have been with Five Star for 10, 20 or 30 years. Many of our Five Star employees have worked for us over 25 years, in one case, Barbara, has worked with us since we started.
